Location really close to the shopping belt and Close to BTS public transport and bars and discos.

Location: the hotel was close to party area, BTS sky train and a lot of restaurants & bars and the public transport. The food was good - plenty of options.

Excellent Location, Steps to BTS Nana, Friendly Staff

I had a great Easter getaway at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the BTS Nana station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. the hotel offered excellent amenities, including comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. The acoustic in the room was not the best, as I could hear noises from the adjacent room.

Good and cheap hotel near Sukhumvit (5 min. walk to BTS station Nana). Friendly staff.

A loud live concert took place in the immediate vicinity. Friday and Saturday even until after midnight. The hotel is therefore more suitable for those who are looking for a rest and not for those who are looking for relaxation.

Good laage to Nana Plaza

I was at the hotel one night for Songkran. I thought because the hotel is located in a side street near Nana Plaza, it is a little quieter. I haven't slept all night because there's zero noise protection. Mold in the shower.

The staff in general is superfriendly and affable. The building is nice and the rooms are brand-new and neat. The hotel serves good food.

The rooms with balcony. Thanks to the pleasant staff everything was great, including variety ofgood food. Very local area, very central location really close to the supermarkets, bars and entertainment and Sukhumvit 11 where is a lot of bars.

Despite the mixed reviews, my recent stay at Citin Sukhumvit 11 Nana was pleasant. The location was great, within close proximity to the BTS public transport and easily accessible by wheelchair from the nearby Hyatt hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage on the day of check-out. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and chocolate drinks in the lobby, a nice touch for both kids and adults. While cleanliness could be improved, the value for money in terms of logistics was undeniable. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option in Bangkok.

Close to Sky train

To hear life music every evening in spite of the side street. Room needs paint coat, bath silicone has unhygienic effect.

The location of the hotel is great.

Upon arrival in the room, there was garbage from the previous guest in the trash can, a paid bottle of water was opened, and someone drank from it. The personnel at the front desk aren't too bright.

The rooms with big window, shower, the coffee. Good food quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location in a happening area. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were provided. The rooms, including those with balconies, were in good condition. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch.

All was well, no improvements needed.

I loved the hotel's location in the heart of the bustling city with easy access to public transport. The nearby restaurants offered a range of cuisines, making it convenient for me to find something I liked. It was great to have several shopping malls within walking distance, making it easy to get my shopping done. The hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant.

The furniture was quite worn and the pillows were uncomfortable. the room was noisy and there was a lot of mould in the bathroom.
